Start the Conversation
Schedule a consultation with our team. We learn about your situation, answer your questions clearly, and explain how AbleRoot supports self-direction through Financial Management Services (FMS).

Enroll with AbleRoot
Complete and submit the required enrollment documents to AbleRoot. You will also let your Service Coordinator know that you would like AbleRoot to be your Financial Management Services (FMS) provider.

Service Provider Coordination
We work with your chosen service providers to complete the required onboarding documents and submit them to us. Your partnership in this process is important and can help keep onboarding moving smoothly, especially when follow-up with service providers is needed, as delays may occur if documents are incomplete or providers are not responding.

Begin Self-Directing
Once required documents are completed and any necessary Live Scan clearances are received, AbleRoot will issue an Authorization to Start Work. Your selected service providers may then begin delivering approved services.
